  1. Choose

    Select your dates and room, and leave your contact details. No payment is required to enquire.

  2. Receive your proposal

    We check availability and email your quotation, including services, final price and a Stripe payment link.

  3. Secure it with €100

    The deposit is deducted from the total; pay the balance at the property. Reception checks the payment and confirms your booking.

Before you travel

Where does the truffle hunt take place?

With one of our local partners, away from the property. The provider and programme are confirmed in your quotation. Seven’s arrangements do not automatically apply to other partners.

Do we need a car?

We strongly recommend a car to reach the experience and explore the area. Transfers can be requested; availability and cost will be specified in your quotation.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your €100 deposit is refundable if you cancel by 15:00 Italian time, seven days before arrival. After that deadline it is retained, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

When can we check in?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Your truffle hunting schedule is agreed with the partner.
