01 · THE VOWS
Surrounded by greenery.
Centred on you.
A symbolic ceremony at the property, perhaps in the pine grove, with your chosen people beside you. A ceremony on the Torrione tower in the village of Monteleone d’Orvieto can also be arranged, subject to availability and agreed arrangements. For a civil ceremony, we can explore the options in the village together.
02 · THE RECEPTION
The beauty of a
table shared.
The courtyard, the gardens, the colours you have imagined. Together we plan the spaces and styling that will shape your celebration. If you prefer to stay outdoors, a marquee can be hired: availability, set-up and costs are agreed in your proposal.
03 · AS EVENING FALLS
Beneath the vaults.
By candlelight.
The Vault: 250 m² of indoor space, brick arches and large wine barrels. A setting for your celebration and an alternative in wet weather, with use and set-up agreed in your proposal.
A STAY AROUND THE CELEBRATION
Arrive early.
Stay together.
A room to get ready in at your own pace, friends to catch up with, a programme that leaves room for rest.
Your wedding reception can be provided by an outside caterer. For the moments around it, we can plan aperitivi, a welcome dinner, brunch and tastings with you, according to the services agreed.

Usually a minimum of two nights; three on selected dates. This rate covers exclusive use of the property, not the total cost of the wedding.

Exclusive use includes the gardens, pool area, shared indoor spaces and agreed event areas, without an additional mandatory venue-hire fee for these spaces.
Other required charges
- Venue coordination
- From €1,500
Supplier access, set-up, breakdown and liaison with your event professionals. The fee depends on the complexity of your event.
- Minimum food and beverage spend
- €3,000
To be spent on food and beverage services provided by The Monteleone during the weekend. A reception provided by an outside caterer does not count towards this minimum.
- Event cleaning and resetting
- €400 per event day
- Refundable damage deposit
- €3,000
Due before the event, by card pre-authorisation or bank transfer. Released or refunded after departure, less any charges for damage or exceptional restoration work.
Your quotation sets out the services, VAT treatment of each item, payments and cancellation terms. Confirmation requires a signed contract and the requested payment; an online enquiry does not reserve the date.
