A Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi and outdoor cold plunge. The wellness area is reserved exclusively for the couple during their session: fifty minutes for yourselves in the peace of The Monteleone.
The Technogym gym is included in your stay. From June to September, complimentary Pilates is also available by booking at reception.

A swim, a book, greenery all around. The outdoor pool is one of the simplest ways to enjoy The Monteleone in the warmer months.
TENNIS · 600 METRES AWAY
A match for two, a friendly challenge, the pleasure of finding your game again. Just 600 metres from The Monteleone, a new tennis court awaits, opened in June.
The court is outside the property and is owned and managed directly by the municipality. We can help arrange your match, from booking the court to hiring rackets.

STAYING WITH YOUR DOG
Dogs are welcome at The Monteleone. A break in Umbria is a chance to spend time together, with the consideration that makes everyone’s stay enjoyable.

Please let us know about your dog when booking or before arrival. We normally welcome one dog per room; a second dog requires prior approval from management. Our pet welcome is for dogs: cats and other pets are not permitted.
In shared spaces and permitted outdoor areas, your dog must stay with you on a lead. Our team will show you where your dog can join you for breakfast, at the bar and in other dining areas.
Dogs are not allowed in the water or in the outdoor wellness area. Around the pool and sun terrace, they may stay only in areas designated by our team, always supervised and kept off loungers and seating.
Dog supplement from €20 per stay. The amount is confirmed in your quotation.
The relevant provisions apply to guide and assistance dogs.

In 2021, Matteo Meloni first visited the property as a consultant. In 2024, he chose to take the project forward himself and realise its potential. It marked the beginning of his journey as founder of The Monteleone.
